Love this bank. I also found the white haired lady was a bit difficult to deal with, but everyone else is great. They gave me a better interest rate on my car than anyone else. Also approved me for a credit card. All this while I have newer credit, less than a year. They even upped my credit limit when I needed it for an out of state trip. I also love the app layout and customization options. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a standard bank. Credit unions all the way!
