Dr. Elford could not be more professional, courteous and helpful. He has taken great care of me and my family for years.
These folks, are literally the best, the front gals got me in even though I was supposed to be at Jefferson. The audiologist? I think that’s her title, I’m sorry, she did her thing with my Mum who hasn’t been able to go up and down her stairs for weeks because of vertigo, sudden onset, with everything else ruled out. Dr Elford came in and did his thing, like The Following Day my 79 year old Mom came downstairs like a 75 year old. But she Came down the stairs to hang out and have dinner, it was awesome.
Dr. Elford and his team deserve a shoutout. The guy has an all around fantastic personality and he has the knowledge/skills you would expect from somebody who is going to be taking your nose apart and putting it back together. His office staff is thorough, knows what's going on at all times, and are nice people to work with. Special thanks to Heather for going above and beyond to get my insurance company to approve the surgery. Most importantly, I was breathing through my nose normally again within a week after the surgery. ... read more
