Dr Ellford is very nice and very experienced. He well diagnosed and provided accurate possible outcome by looking ay cytology report. He took accurate decision on my surgery and provided a great belief for me. I am in good condition and greatly appreciate doctor for taking care of me.
Dr. Elford was able to help return my voice from a whisper after a nerve was cut during a carotid artery surgery done by another surgeon but in 2020. Since it was during COVID, I was unable to have the the Botox injection until several months later. But that injection and Dr. Brian’s skill had made all the difference in my life. I’m now suffering with a lump in my neck and Dr. Elford is back on my case! I am totally confident that he will heal me again with God’s help to guide!
Dr. Elford could not be more professional, courteous and helpful. He has taken great care of me and my family for years.
These folks, are literally the best, the front gals got me in even though I was supposed to be at Jefferson. The audiologist? I think that’s her title, I’m sorry, she did her thing with my Mum who hasn’t been able to go up and down her stairs for weeks because of vertigo, sudden onset, with everything else ruled out. Dr Elford came in and did his thing, like The Following Day my 79 year old Mom came downstairs like a 75 year old. But she Came down the stairs to hang out and have dinner, it was awesome.
