I rang Elexa at 9am explaining my dilema. ( They had to source a disabeled toilet and seat , on a Saturday! ). They keep me updated along the way and by 2pm the Plumber was at my door. What brilliant service and Josh was fantastic, explained each step. What a great young man! Polite and courteous , CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF ( BIG PLUS ) I'd highly recommend this business and would not hesitate to call them again. Great work JOSH!
Excellent service for an urgent call out late on a Friday afternoon, Josh arrived 2 hours after call and finished the work required professionally and efficiently.
Alex and Josh came over to isolate and cap a gas stove line and a couple of gas bayonets. All work was completed efficiently, on short notice, and for a reasonable price. A free quote was provided over the phone beforehand. Highly recommend.
Hot water system needed looking at. Someone came to assess that afternoon. Old system required replacement. Walked through possible choices with benefits of each. Was given a temp system for the days until a tech was available to replace. Tech was ontime & helpful.
