We had that massage chair for 8 years now. Until 2 years ago, the service was fine. When something broke, we were able to get replacement parts from the Elex company. What likes to break on these chairs are the airbag connections. They are plastic and get brittle and just break off. We paid 7000aud for our chair. 2 years ago the underarm massage air bags broke, we were able to get the replacement from Elex.
