I'll start with a positive: the party itself was awesome. The space has real potential, and once everything was set up, my guest had a great time. That part deserves credit. Unfortunately the professionalism of the staff took away from the experience. Communication was inconsistent. I shouldn't have to chase answers or feel stress.
