Wow Nathan, what planet are you from? This salon is unbelievable. The staff is great, the atmosphere is awesome and they have everything you could want and more. They always seem to have a great promotion or something exciting going on, I can hardly wait for my next visit. Oh and by the way, I finally got my husband to go there after years at the barbers, he said Kim gave him the best cut ever!!!
Fabulous service, outstanding talent, unbelievable decor, I felt like I was in NYC, not Ypsilanti. I don't know how this salon would receive a negative rating. They have everything. I was extremely happy.
Great salon!!! I'm not sure what kind of experience Nathan had at the salon since he has never had a haircut or bought product from there but this is an excellent place with great hairstylists that know what they're doing! Great place to get a manicure and pedicure also. All the employees are very nice and helpful!!
Wonderful products and people Eleven West is a higher class salon. It is very clean and has great decor. They also have very nice employees. Eleven West salon also has great service and is open long hours so that you can get in almost anytime you need to.
Rude I have no experience with the hair cuts of products from Eleven West Salon but all I know is they have very rude employees. As soon as you enter the building the stylists are making you feel uncomfortable, they are rude and haughty.
