My permanent bracelet lasted 3+ years before a hanger mishap. Rose reinstalled it easily, and it still looks brand new. Love the quality and the service so much that I left with a second bracelet. Highly recommend!
This is my second time in the store. My mom and I went in to have a necklace extended and to get something for myself. Makayla was very friendly and helpful, she answered all of our questions. I was surprised my mom wanted to get permanent bracelets as well. We got a matching sets and were able to take advantage of some discounts!We didn't expect to have this mother daughter bonding experience but I'm glad we did.
