I had a fantastic experience here! It was so nice to find a store with a huge variety of stylish frames that actually fit my Asian facial features well. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. I absolutely love the style of my new glasses. I did have a small issue where the first pair felt blurry when reading due to my prescription, but the staff were amazing about it. The guy with pigtail at the counter was rude, dismissive, and outright lying when asked whether he knows a glasses repair shop. I guess he only cares if you buy glasses from him. Not very kind or caring, just typical profiteering type.
The staff are very friendly and courteous. Their prices are also very good compared to other places we've seen and they have a very quick turnaround time of under an hour. We had a great experience and would definitely come back again when we need a new pair of glasses.
