I’ll be leaving here at 1100 Owens Rd., Hill, MD. It’s not a healthy environment at all don’t they do not keep it clean no maintenance repair. I’ve been here for five years. My issues Have never been fixed they go up on your rent. It’s not a healthy environment. My father has been living in this building for over 15 years and I NEVER liked this place. My first visit many years ago, there was NEVER any management or maintenance presence. I tried for years to get my father to consider another community. For years the residents paid their rent via mail, no security at all at this community for year. About two years ago they hired a security team, that's a joke, they are hardly visible. This building should be shut down, but where would the resident go? This s one of the wr buildings I've been in. The can't keep the roaches down, I've been getting treatment myself for 2 months and they won't go away!
