I’ve had Hydrafacials before, but my experience at 11:11 with Olivia was unlike any other. My skin looked fresh, lifted, and radiant afterward, but the experience itself is what really stood out. Olivia is so intentional with every step, and you can truly tell she cares about the details. I’ve never had a Hydrafacial quite like this before, and I can honestly say I’ll never look at a Hydrafacial the same way again. 11:11 and Olivia completely elevated the experience. ✨

VERY lovely experience at 1111 Therapy for a Mother’s Day facial with my mom. The space is welcoming — bright, calming, all white with gorgeous floral arrangements — and everyone there was incredibly kind and thoughtful. We both had the signature facial, and it was one of the best facials we’ve ever had.
