I had hand-tied extensions installed at another salon in San Diego but within the first week one of the rows started unraveling. I was stressed and called Eleven Eleven Salon to see if they could help me with an emergency fix. Sierra was kind enough to make time for me on short notice. Ivory is an awesome person and a phenomenal stylist! Her cuts are some of the best (and coolest) I’ve seen and her coloring work is great. I had an overgrown balayage extremely past its prime and she completely revamped my entire head (even working around face framing areas that grow out a different color). If you want to feel super comfortable in someone’s chair who will listen to your wants, execute them perfectly, and be a friend along the way… go to her!
