I had a deeply frustrating experience renting from Eleven Eleven Properties in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. There were numerous unkept promises, particularly with regard to essential repairs. The front deck, which was rotten and unsafe, took *eight months* to be replaced, and even then, it was left incomplete and dangerous without railings for the remainder of our lease. property managers/ landlords will not return your calls or texts at all or in a timely manner if you have an issue.. and if they do answer your calld, they are so rude. they worry more about getting apartments ready, than deal with the tenants they already have. rent is unreal for the 2 star quality apartments there is. LUNENBURG NS

We normally don't give our opinions on social media. However, this is a great firm. We rented a commercial space at the Old Post Office in Lunenburg and dealt with everyone in the office. They were great! Maria and Maureen were always able to get things done whenever there was an issue. The properties are great and each seems to have a unique character. We would definitely rent from them again.
