Eleven 23 is truly wonderful! Yesterday, three of our scholars attended their monthly braiding class and learned so much. The staff is trustworthy, consistently professional, and genuinely committed to helping young ladies develop the skill of braiding. If your daughter is teachable and interested in learning a valuable skill, I highly recommend sending her to Eleven 23. local hair, i’m so pleased with the results. they were friendly & always asked what i wanted. they did knotless braids fulani style & so many other black hair styles here, definitely recommend.
