I found the room really nice, on the smaller side but nice and modern. We booked for 3 nights, 2 people. Upon arrival I spent 10 minutes wandering around the hotel looking for reception when I finally called I was advised the key is located elsewhere about 2km away, this was a pain as I was literally next to the location of the key before heading to hotel- not once was I advised on booking or any signage at the hotel that the key is to be collected elsewhere! Clean, comfortable room with a good bed and decent shower (so long as your neighbour isn't showering too). The rooms are refurbished and while simple, present well. Noise would be an issue if your neighbours aren't considerate. Some rooms are carpeted while others have floorboards. Bizarrely there was no mention either on site or in our booking.com confirmation that room keys need to be collected from the nearby Royal Hotel. The bed was a bit hard and lumpy. Shower recess had residue hairs left behind in a corner. Thin walls separating from the units behind. Otherwise very clean and comfortable.

Not sure how this place is being rated as 4star hotel. Although the place is nice and clean but definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. There’s not lobby, you have to collect the keys a different place, the mattress was too soft that give me back pain. And if you’re staying in downstairs, good luck getting any decent sleep!!
