Avoid this business at all costs. Per my complaint to the BBB: In October 2019 we contracted with Nikki Chambers of Elevee & Co for wedding planning services. On November 15, 2019, Nikki informed me that she received our deposit check of $1,000, which was cashed on that same day. November 15th was the last time I heard from Nikki. Afterwards, I sent numerous texts, emails, and phone calls, all of which went unanswered for nearly three months. I recommend you avoid Elevee & Company. We hired Nikki Chambers and Elevee & Company on November 18, 2019 for an "all inclusive" wedding planning package for our September 2020 wedding in Wilmington, DE. After 1-2 initial conversations, we met with Nikki in Wilmington on December 22 and went over our general vision for the wedding weekend. AVOID Nikki Chambers at Elevee at all costs. We initially hired Nikki in November 2019 and successfully worked with her for about a week before she cashed our deposit and disappeared. Countless phone calls, emails, and texts went unanswered. After two months of radio silence (save for one email in December, in which she apologized and said that she had jury duty), we had no choice but to demand our money back due to breach of contract. Per my daughters complaint to the BBB “In December of 2018 I hired Elevee and Co., specifically Nicole Chambers to plan and design my wedding. Nicole came highly recommended so we had no issues with signing a legal binding contract for her services and paying her a deposit of 1900.00. For almost 11 months of 2019, she communicated with me and started plans for my June 20 ,2020 wedding day. I love Elevee Events! I am a professional photographer in the industry but I can say that I get giddy inside my soul when I get to work with Nikki and her team! Nikki has such a stand out personality and is quite honestly the most organized professional planner and designer we have ever worked with. Any event with Elevee is of utmost elegance, it is a true honor to work with this team.
