The leasing agent, Ashley, is unprofessional, lazy, and condescending. First hand experience as a serious prospect. Thankfully I got to see a glimpse of what it would be like to live here solely based on my experience with her and from reading the reviews. It's been 4 months since I first moved into Eleve and 4 months since I submitted my first noise complaint of many about the loud tenants above me and the property manager, Janine Ferrone has done nothing to resolve my concerns. Horrible. I scheduled a tour for August 17 at 1 PM on their website and received a confirmation text twice, even on the day of the appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early, and there was a sign saying that they wouldn’t return until 9 AM, which worried me in case it was 12:50 PM. So my partner and I came around to the “Uber pick-up door,” went into the leasing office, and I spoke with “Ashley,” telling her I had a tour for 1 PM. “We don’t open till 1 PM, so you can go sit over there and wait,” she said while on the phone talk... read more
For $2,200–$2,500plus a month, this place should run like a luxury property. Instead, the front gate and apartment gate have been broken for well over a month closer to two which is unacceptable given the amount of money collected from every unit. That’s a basic security feature, and it’s being ignored. Staff are friendly enough, but communication is poor. Half the time, no one seems to know what’s going on.
