My initial experience in this apartment community wasn't very positive due to a breakdown in communication between me and one of the office staff members. Nothing was necessarily wrong or inaccurate, but her tone was extremely off-putting, and just not very kind or thoughtful. I was among the first residents to move in, and since Fernando’s departure, I only visit my apartment twice a week. Unfortunately, reaching management by phone is nearly impossible — calls go unanswered, and I’ve even been charged for things like having a dog, which I do not own. There is no reliable emergency contact, and responses to concerns are consistently delayed or nonexistent. The staff seems more focused on enforcing restrictions than providing actual service. I've had a fantastic experience with the staff at Eleve! From day one, Janine has been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whether it's a quick maintenance request or a general question, they respond promptly and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of.
