Great customer service!
Unprofessional. I had a concern about a $500 bill which I received for a service call that required a tech to come in for 5 minutes to press a button and reset elevator service after the power went out in my building. 5 MINUTES! The owner couldn’t deal with the fact that I thought this was an inflated charge and flat out wrong. David then proceeded to hang up on me and cancel my service plan. Hire anybody else to handle your quarterly elevator service.
Lady driving an Elevattitt Chevy suv tailgates people then lays on the horn engaging in road rage when someone follows the rules of stop signs.. wouldnt recomend.
Very unpro. Very noisy, continually slams doors on purpose. Then when they are done at about 4.00 they sit outside in the van that they arrived in and parked at wegmans in and just sit there and kill the clock for about an hour before they head back . Perhaps their boss should know what they are doing. I would never hire them.
