Technicians arrived on time and efficiently checked our system. At the end, shared details of their findings and explained what noise we might hear in the future as a part begins to wear out - and if that happens, give them a call. All good! Elevator continues to work with no issues after 9 years.
Ever since switching to Elevator Works from a company I won’t mention, my lifts have always worked great! At times in the past I’d be waiting months for parts, sometimes never getting a response, etc. These guys are what you need if reliability is an issue with your current vendor. Also, Brandon is probably one of the best technicians around for performing state inspections.
Fantastic experience with true professional mechanics. On time, curtious, knowledgeable and they both worked very hard to accomplish a difficult repair. I would highly recommend!!!
