We had an issue with the elevator in our office, and our previous service provider was slow to respond and unable to resolve the problem. We then contacted Elevator Support Services, Inc., and were immediately impressed by their prompt response. Don Hill, the CEO, personally returned our call shortly after our inquiry and came to inspect the elevator in person.
