Then they blamed it on the spyrators, then on the brakes, then on something else. 7 days later it went down on a Friday night and the owner said they cannot come as they have to take care of other clients. Excellent and prompt customer service. Very transparent in price for services and parts. The tech was very courteous and professional and kept us up to date with every step along the way of our repair.
Just want to start off with a WOW! I've never been disrespected like that by a business. I called to reschedule an appointment but not only did I get yelled at, but the woman on the other line yelled, "I'm not wasting my employees time with you guys so you need to call another company" and hung up. Very unprofessional! I will never call this company for anything and I suggest no one does either unless you want to get disrespected. The only reason I gave a one star is to write this review.
