This company is NOT an inclinator dealer. Their service is worse than poor. I paid an invoice for repair my discounted invoice for paying $750 a yr maintenance fee was $1,900 for 2 batteries and a relay that could be purchased for under $200, I took pictures of the parts and the part numbers when their repair man came into my house, They will not give you a breakdown on the invoice. Unfortunately I did not see any of the other reviews before we got started on a renovation which included installing an elevator. This company is the WORST organization I have ever worked with. Our 4 month project is now going on a year and we still do not have a working elevator. Spend some time and look elsewhere. Ora treats people as if they’re disposable underpants and has zero patience. Spoke with the owner Steven Ross who has zero desire to work with his customers. All he cares about is getting paid in full with high end fees and $215 trip charges and does not want to transfer a maintenance agreement to potentially a new owner. Has zero desire to update his contract to include that language to ensure there’s a smooth transition. Look elsewhere do not give them your hard earned money.
