The AC has been broken most of the summer and my unit is currently 86 degrees inside with a portable AC unit running that I bought. There is a significant water leak constantly in the garage. It smells bad, the water is brown, the building is not secure and building management doesn’t seem to care. Laundry is always broken, elevator is always broken, and takes weeks-months to get anything resolved. Save yourself and look elsewhere
Do NOT rent an apartment at 1050 N Corona Street. None of the so-called amenities are included in rent work. Even the water is brown. NO AC for most of the summer. It is broken AGAIN! Broken washing machines. Elevator breaks down constantly. Garage door breaks and anyone then has access to the whole building. No fire hoses in the cases in the hall ways. No response from CAP Management if they even answer the phone.
