Change is by time for residential services, but their travel time is counted as working hours, plus additional flat traval fee. Drove around 1 hr for a 30mins route, worked 20 mins to show me the problem and tell me how can I solve it by myself once I purchased the replacement part, bang...1.5 hours bill.
Stay away! Billed for more than twice the hours they worked and still didnt fix problem . They lie, very dishonest. Cant be trusted.
Technicians were very knowledgeable And were eager to get the job fixed which they did in only a hour thanks you guys are the best
