I don’t leave negative reviews often in fact this may be my first, but this one is warranted due to the repeated failure to follow through on commitments, the lack of professionalism, and the extremely poor customer service I received specifically from Ronnie Mitchell. This service call was for a short-term rental property where we needed multiple stair lifts repaired before a guest with mobility issues checked in. If I could put zero stars, it would be better. I guess the people with positive reviews put money in the pockets of the workers from the overpriced that they paid. We had to because the only people in the area and they promised it would be taken care of. Because we did not, and we cannot get them out here to service our elevator for anything. I have 86-year-old in-laws. The elevator is down and they have to walk up the steps and these people do not care. They do not show up when they say and they rip you off and the job is u... read more

I wanted to share a very professional experience I had with the Elevator Lift Systems Team…..expertly walked me thru a situation where I was able to fix an elevator stuck between floors. They did this with tremendous patience and expert advice. They turned a stressful situation into very positive satisfied customer.
