If I could put zero stars, it would be better. I guess the people with positive reviews put money in the pockets of the workers from the overpriced that they paid. We had to because the only people in the area and they promised it would be taken care of. Because we did not, and we cannot get them out here to service our elevator for anything. I wanted to share a very professional experience I had with the Elevator Lift Systems Team…..expertly walked me thru a situation where I was able to fix an elevator stuck between floors. They did this with tremendous patience and expert advice. They turned a stressful situation into very positive satisfied customer. I highly recommend the Team at Elevator Lift Systems for all the extra efforts.

Extremely happy with the responsiveness and service with Elevator-Lift systems in Bluffton. A couple of months ago we called for service for our elevator that is over 15 years old. Tim came out and got the system working, but he recommended a new pump system, which we did not elect to do at that time. As Tim predicted, the pump motor burned, so we shut it down and called for service last Friday. Today (Wednesday!) Tim installed a new pump system and had the elevator operating much quieter, faster and most importantly, safer.... read more
