Since I have lived here the experience has not been favorable, at the Edenbrook complex, the HOA fees are way over priced from other condomoniums in the area, we have a pool which has not been in operation since 2017 a club house we cannot use since it needs repaired again after it was supposedly remodeled, we have had people shot and beaten to death on the property, mailboxes broken into, HOA guidelines that are not followed such as no unauthorized vehicles are not allowed to park in the parking lot yet a boat that has been... read more
