They abandoned some jobs in el paso and wouldn’t release the jobs to the owners of the building through Virginia controls they had to pay a considerable amount for new prints horrible company wouldn’t recommend them they did that on 3 installations they also buy the cheapest cabs and controllers money can buy

Would rate a 0 star if available. Horrible customer service. If you cannot provide any customer service, you should close your business. Learn how to speak to people and maybe your business would grow. If a company seeks clarification on repairs etc., personal feelings and insults should NEVER be part of your responses or business ethics. Treat others as you would like to be treated----kindergarten rule #1! Figure it out FAST!
