I just had occasion to need notarial service for some documents of mine. I was assigned to Moriah Englert, a banker at the Louisville branch of Elevations. Despite the relative complexity of my documents, Moriah Englert was patient and professional. She assured me that it was okay to review (twice) the documents to ensure the dates and notarial stamps were on the right pages. I just received this gift box from Elevations! They are amazing and they truly care about their customers. I feel great and happy to be a part of this local credit union! Highly recommended Go Buffs!
Worst banking experience of my life. They accused my wife of having a fake visa and wouldn’t let us open an account. We drove to Credit union of Colorado afterwards and were able to an account without any hassle. I tried explaining to the manager several times what type of visa my wife has and she wouldn’t even consider that she might be wrong. She even started pulling the visa off of her passport saying that it was a sticker and therefore a fake. I guess she doesn’t know that some visas are stickers. She then took the attit... read more
