I’ve been a member for almost 20 years and stayed with Elevations even though it’s been inconvenient with where I live now since they have a lack of locations. I’ve never applied for anything with them and have great credit with a great credit score and they wouldn’t even approve me for a travel Visa card. It was kind of laughable as I’ve never been denied for a credit card in recent memory. They have always been kind to me.
Extremely rude teller interaction when trying to deposit a cashiers check. Very disrespectful, intentionally insulting language used by the teller, like “you should have expected that there would be a hold on this check,” and refusing to help or consider/evaluate any options to avoid the hardships of large deposits and timings of outgoing payments. I got to work with Hannah she was kinda awesome! I hadn't worked with Elevations before and came in to open new business accounts. Hannah greeted me and asked what she could do and the rest is history...she was fun to work with, has phenomenal attention to details and got me in and out in under 45 minutes.
