Everyone here was so kind! I came here after losing my wallet and had a lot of questions. Bryan was super compassionate and helpful. He knew his stuff, and didn't make me feel rushed or bad even though I came in near closing time. Thank you for helping me! I'm always grateful this is my bank, and even more grateful for the staff. Avoid this place like the plague. If you have serious business to take care of, do NOT bring it here. They are running this entire branch with exactly ONE banker capable of handling high-level, time-sensitive transactions like wire transfers. I had to sit in the lobby waiting 40 to 60 minutes just to get a simple wire sent because of a massive bottleneck.
