I am going to update my review today. I can’t go 5 stars even though Donna deserves 10! But I will change it. Donna was beyond helpful, spoke to me respectfully, worked very hard and thoroughly to get my questions answered. All while being kind and professional! This has not been my experience. We've taken all our accounts to another credit union because, while the employees get five stars, the processes are glitchy and dealing with resultant issues have cost us too much time and money over the last few years. Another issue seems to pop up every few months and I just finally gave up.
Absolutely the worst credit union I have ever worked with. Don't bank here - apparently their people can't read their computer screens or count!! I have an insurance check for a new roof (from Hail damage). They needed to endorse it, since they hold my mortgage. I was told they could wire out to my roofer the following day (according to what her computer told her). The wire didn't go out on a Friday and I was told I have to wait for the check to clear until Tues. Now I hear from the service center that the check needs 5 busi... read more
Super friendly and patient teller who helped me right before they closed. They didn’t rush me at all even though it was a weekend.
I’ve been a member for almost 20 years and stayed with Elevations even though it’s been inconvenient with where I live now since they have a lack of locations. I’ve never applied for anything with them and have great credit with a great credit score and they wouldn’t even approve me for a travel Visa card. It was kind of laughable as I’ve never been denied for a credit card in recent memory.
