I am going to be looking for a bank that doesn't want to purposely cause overdraft fees. When a deposit and a debit are coming in on the same day, the deposit should always be first.
I went to the ATM and took out $400. The machine only gave me $140. I went to the branch with the receipt, and the record number. They told me that there was nothing they could do, I would have to file a dispute with my card company. I don't understand why they just can't check the ATM camera and records, to give me the money that I'm suppose to get. If it was the other way around, and the ATM gave me more money than what I requested. They would be on it immediately, and would want their money immediately. But instead I have... read more
