I don't think I've ever written a negative review; however, I am so incredibly disappointed in my experience with Hines that I think it's important for me to warn other potential customers. I ordered cabinetry from them MONTHS ago- it was delivered twice with an error both times (once they were missing an entire panel and then the second time they delivered the panel in the wrong stain color). I visited the showroom in St. Charles to request a quote for windows and spoke with the sales manager, Tyler Becker. He assured me that a sales representative would provide a quote within two days. However, after waiting for four days and following up with Tyler Becker, he promised to call the sales rep and get back to me, but I never received a callback or a quote. I made multiple attempts to contact them, leaving messages, but I never received a response. Don't waste your time with this place. One star.

I wish zero stars was an option. The people that work here were so incredibly rude. No one greeted me when I walked in, or even acknowledge my presence. I had to get someone’s attention at the back of the store and then once I did, they looked at me like I was bothering them. They asked what I needed and when I said I wasn’t sure I was just looking for help, they said what line? My wife and I stopped in three weeks ago on a Monday to get information, and possibly buy an island for our kitchen area. A gentleman was called to deal with us by the front end receptionist. This individual told us that this was not his area, and that the lady who is, was not going to be in until Wednesday. He took our name and number and said she would contact us on Wednesday, to date nobody has called us!
