Great prices and selection. Norman was great. Had a few defects from the factory but Norman took care of everything. Brian is their best installer.
Terrible experience from the start, sort of a bait and switch which was averted. Purchased cabinets with soft close doors etc. When cabinets finally arrived, EVERY one of them had defects. Calls to Norm were ignored until I was on my way to the store to show pictures in person. Replacement cabinet was ordered, again took over a month to get it. Calls to district manager were not helpful. New cabinets came in with additional defects. Furniture repair was sent to my home to cover up unstained spots on cabinet fronts.....oversp... read more
Great selection of cabinets. The staff doesn't seem interested in sales at all. They are way to busy , to help. Get more staff, it shouldn't be a one man show ! My wife and I , we're basically ignored. Guess what, they were fabulous at the kitchen place next door.
