Dr. Emily Lemburg and her staff are consistently professional and courteous. It made for a truly pleasant office visit.
Elevation is amazing! All the staff is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The doctors always listen and do a fantastic job. They work with most insurance companies. Yes, they are in Castle Rock, but worth the drive.
Dr. Moen is one of the best in the game. He has an ability to explain complex things simply. The entire staff was also so friendly and helpful.
After waiting several weeks for an appointment and receiving a handful of text messages confirming the appointment, soliciting registration information, etc., I arrived to be told Elevation Vision was not covered by my insurance. My mistake for not checking to see if they were in network, but Elevation could’ve told me before I wasted a trip there.
