Coach Brandon has been instrumental in our son's first year of tackle football. We started working with Coach Brandon in 2020, sometime after the pandemic hit. My boys have been working with Brandon for about 8 months. The amount of progress they have made in that short time is amazing. They each only weigh about 110 pounds. They started squat at 115 lbs and are now squatting 225 lbs. Their bench was 70 lbs and now they bench about 125 lbs. They have also both increased their vertical jumps. My younger son started at 17.6 inches and just last week had a new max of 26.2 inches. Their 40 yd dash times have increased since January. Brandon has been working with my son for just a few shorts months and the drastic difference from start until now is nothing short of amazing. Brandon is thorough, genuine and focused on each athletes goals and motivates them to not stop. He is a fantastic mentor for any one entering his gym. Can’t wait to see what is to come. Great work!
