I called because I needed an attic fan for an area of the attic that gets really hot and humid. Mikey came out the day after I called and evaluated everything. He sent over the quote and was able to come the next day to install a solar fan, fix a bunch of broken roof shingles, reseal the other vents and caulked where needed, all for $1,500 less than I was quoted by another highly rated local company. Thanks to Michael for quick response and fixing our 'mystery' leak which only occurs in certain rain conditions.We had several other companies survey the problem but none seemed to have a good idea where it was coming from but Michael .None of the pointed out but Michael properly diagnosed and took the least intrusive/expensive course. After 3 heavy rains we feel confident now that it is truly fixed. Can highly recommend.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Wilson came out and identified the cause of the leak in my roof. So professional and so eager to help, he answered all my questions and educated me on the process. We can’t recommend Wilson and his crew enough. What an awesome group of people.
