For several weeks we had been walking by a project that Mike at Elevation Renovations was working on and we were thoroughly impressed as we watched the project progress. Awesome detail work to kitchen! I had some unusual requests in the custom counter tops. Not many contractors can see your vision and I'm very happy with the finished work. Most unprofessional and unskilled labor I've ever come across. Just a tip Mike, you shouldn't be washing grout down a sink. No wonder everything you did was leaking. Couldn't install tile or check if walls are plumb and straight. Installed broken tiles in my shower. Installed a shower pan with spray foam and it's falling apart. He promised he would fix it but he is NOT. Installed plumbing fixtures and piping without securing them. Took money even though he is UNLICENSED to do so which is illegal. We had a ensuite bathroom done by Elevation Renovations and we are very pleased with the finished result. Their ideas and out of the box thinking was great. They took the time and care to show us all steps as we like to see and understand the installation process. We are about to to a home addition in the spring and we are in the talks now with Mike on pricing. We are so glad to have met and worked with Mike and we will be using him for any renovation needs going forward...
We have used Elevation Renovations for two kitchen projects at our home. Each time Mike was very responsive to reply, outlined the issue and work needed, and confirmed when he could come to complete the work needed. He confirmed by email, then called on day to give estimated arrival time and arrived on time. He completed the work efficiently and with expert workmanship.
