This is a very bad company to buy any flipped houses from I’m 3 years into owning mine and about $10,000 dollars into repairs thanks mark for really showing how you treat vets in our community thank you so much for blocking me on everything as well.

Does very lazy work with the flips, leaving the new homeowner with many projects to complete the right way. They also would rather block you on all social media’s instead of hearing a honest opinion. Mark fletcher is the owner he has no experience or skill to do these flips I would be happy to show anyone proof before they purchase anything from him. If you are a veteran don’t choose this company.
Sold them a house some of the nicest people I've ever met. Did a real good job? All I had to do is show up and sign. Mark took care everything, real good experience. Kept me informed about everything. Let me know pretty much on a day to. Day basis, what was going on? I'd recommend them to anyone.
