I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s unprofessional and deceptive practices. After purchasing a flipped property, I discovered serious issues, including black mold on a floor that was not properly removed or disclosed. Does very lazy work with the flips, leaving the new homeowner with many projects to complete the right way. They also would rather block you on all social media’s instead of hearing a honest opinion. Mark fletcher is the owner he has no experience or skill to do these flips I would be happy to show anyone proof before they purchase anything from him.
