Ken helped me diagnose a leaky shower and in the process found another issue. Sounds like an upsell but totally wasn’t! My main water shut off valve was clogged and not working anymore. Potential for a huge problem! He coordinated with the town to get water shut off so he could do the work. Trustworthy, efficient and good workmanship!
Was very impressed with the service and professionalism of this plumber! Our concerns were taken care of quickly and carefully. Would highly recommend them! July 12/2025 Needed again and decided to replace the old troublesome toilet we had. Ken kindly sourced a replacement and installed it quite quickly, as we were expecting family to visit soon. Can’t say enough great things about Ken! He helped us when we were in a pinch with a home renovation project in an house with only one bathroom! Had to re-pipe a good section of our plumbing system, and he did it so well without complaining. He was absolutely wonderful to work with, and really considerate of our needs. Thanks again Ken!
Ken did an amazing job of installing a radiant gas garage heater in our daughter’s home in Cochrane. Was done in very reasonable time and at a very reasonable price compared to other quotes. Would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone in Cochrane area!
I’m not usually one to write reviews unless the experience is truly exceptional, and Ken definitely earned it. I had an urgent issue with low water pressure in my home, and instead of coming out and charging me for a service call, he took the time to understand my situation first.
