Stumbled upon this nail salon when I moved to the falling waters area. Been a repeat customer for 6 plus months. However, today 9-14-25, was very busy. Had an appointment and was getting pushed around due to walk ins and other customers wanting to add services to their current requests. They did not have a lot of staff to accommodate the amount of customers while I was there. I felt very rushed and forced out today. Very disappointed in the customer service today. Hopefully next visit, it’s better and more organized.

I came yesterday for a pedicure and full set and eyebrows. I mentioned when i came that i havent had a pedicure in several months because last time i had a ingrown toenail cause it was shaped to grow wrong and i kept having to cut it and dig it out. Today i get up and my toe is already sore and infected. Not sure of thats from unclean equiptment and being cut several times or what caused ot but after paying 150 total its incredibly disappointing

Went to this place to get my brows done. Please do not go here. They do not know what they are doing!! My brows are messed up and uneven!

Only been twice. First time was a full set of nails w/ French tips. Paid $85 after tip. Yesterday I went for a fill. I went in with my own decals for my nails for this trip. At first, the tech said 'no' she wouldn't put them on. Then she said she'd try but wouldn't promise if they stayed. I agreed and totally understood why she couldn't guarantee, but I still wanted to give them a try. I didn't want French again and I didn't want polish.
