Bought a home flipped by this company and seriously cannot believe how horribly they did it. At first glance it’s beautiful then two months living in it we dealt with two major bathroom repairs, toilet detached, cabinets fallen from kitchen, handles falling off basically in every room. We were in big trouble with one of our rental properties and needed to get it sold fast. Derek Marlin and his team were so awesome to work with. They were patient to walk us through the process of buying our property, and very fast with the actual purchase. If I remember correctly, the whole process took less than 30 days and probably could have been quicker if it needed to be. Thanks again Derek!
