Wonderful teacher! Amanda has a very welcoming energy and it takes 2 seconds to feel like you've known her forever!
Having her as a teacher is great!! She provides useful feedback and she breaks things down so they are understandable
The online course with Amanda was great. The weekly classes were perfect. Enough time to do homework and take in the knowledge of the class, but close enough together to keep the momentum of the experience rolling smoothly. Amanda is amazing and takes the time to support all of her students. I got to meet some great people and can’t wait to keep learning with Amanda.
What a great training!! Professional yet so personable. Virtual was so good to be able to connect with others, and to be able to gain first hand experience. Follow up emails and communication was amazing. So worth the time. Loved loved loved!!!
Amanda is amazing. I started a few months ago to attempt getting my snacking under control. Within a few sessions, I found my habits were changing. I wasn't feeling the need for the afternoon and evening sweets or munchies. I still treat myself when I make the choice to but not just from bordem. So far lost 10 lbs without a crazy diet or being stressed worrying about my calorie intake. I'm continuing to see her for my triggers and to find relaxation. I highly recommend Amanda.
