Shannon Hardin was awesome to work with! My fiancee and I are moving from Omaha to Birmingham and were looking at apartments, when we called Apex she was incredibly friendly and took the time to go take photos of all the units we were interested in and answered all of our questions. She genuinely cared about helping us find the best apartment to fit our needs and we really appreciated her!
I was referred to this apartment complex by a dear friend. I came here first and decided immediately this was where I belonged. Some of the apartments are dated (built in the 70s, I think), but they are updating the units with new flooring, stainless steel appliances, countertops, and cabinets. Unfortunately, I missed out on getting an updated 2-bed 2-bath unit, but they were able to put in some new things, which does help. I wish I had all the words to put together to explain the staff at Apex. I have been at Apex formally know as Elevation since 2022 and the new management (Haliee), office staff (Shannon) and maintenance team (Freddie & the guys) are TOP TIER! The concern and care that is put into my request are handled diligently and professionally. I couldn’t ask for a more comfortable & safe place to live with my family. Thanks to you’ll, keep up the amazing work!
