Integrity. They have it. When my old system had issues (again) this summer, I called Elevation. They could've strung me along replacing parts like the previous HVAC people. They didn't. They could've tried to sell me the 'top-of-the-line' system, that I didn't really need (or want - too complex for my simple needs). They didn't.
