Poor communication. I booked multiple appointments at this location on their app. In June when I booked, no one confirmed my appointment. I sent a text to Barber D Jones. He responded 6 hours later saying “oh my phone was off” I re booked on August 4 with the same barber. Today is August 7 and my appointment still says “REQUESTED” I texted him multiple times and he is deciding not to acknowledge. This younger generation has got to learn some form of responsibility.
