My 8 son has been training with Mr.Tim for 6 months so far and we’ve had a great experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and knows how to challenge young athletes in a positive way. Working with Timothy has been a really great experience! I've been working out in the gym on my own for a while and I knew I could be pushing a lot harder, but I didn't even realize how little I was pushing myself until starting at Elevation Fitness. Tim does really well at setting up the workouts to keep challenging and pushing you, and I've started to see results within a few months. I'm looking forward to continuing on!

Decided that with two knee replacements I needed to get my body back into some kind of shape and possibly lose some weight. Tim has put together a wonderful regimen of different exercises, rarely the same, to help me reach those goals. One thing I struggle with daily is staying with something I started this journey and thru sickness wanting to quit missing days this man never missed a beat pushes me on more than just the gym it's more than that for me it's for being around and more present for my kids and that's what I'm doing his motivation keeps me coming back definitely can see the progress in just 2 months and 2 weeks I've lost 6 inches off my waist and I feel so much better.
