We're am extremely disappointed with Elevation Solar. When I purchased my solar system over a year ago, they failed to register my warranty with Solar Insure. Because of their negligence, I am now unable to get my system repaired and I’m left stuck with panels that don’t work as promised. To make matters worse, customer service has been unhelpful and offered no real solutions to fix the problem. The project went smoothly. Everything was completed according to the schedule provided. The solar system is now operational. This is our second house to have solar installed by Elevation. The only improvement I would suggest is this: Too many different people texting and calling through out the process. Sometimes I thought it was a scammer. If the project could be coordinated thru a single point of contact it would help with reliability. Overall great experience!

I was at my wits end with these solar panels not communicating properly, but then I spoke to Jose. He gave me the best consumer service ever! He took the time to troubleshoot remotely and explained in detail everything it could be. He communicated back and forth with the manufacturer, getting the best way to remedy my situation. I now have an appointment to end this worry, and I owe a lot of thanks to Jose.

Office is empty and no one present during hours posted. Unable to contact anyone by phone. There’s an AI assistant that is somewhat confusing. Two other solar energy companies at locations nearby had in person services as expected.
