Tesla sent them my new powerwall under warranty because Elevation Solar was going to replace my old powerwall that had gone bad. Then, they decided they weren't going to do warranty replacements anymore but kept my powerwall. Now they won't get back to me and Tesla says there's nothing they can do. Questionable Service and Commitment to Contracts to be AWARED of with Elevation Solar Arizona. Reason: Upon installation of 22 Panels on my home in the State of Texas on 17-Mar-2017. The contract agreement with Elevation Solar had an one time Remove, and Reinstallation clause for a (One Time payable fee to homeowner of $1000,00 Removal and Reinstallation of panels) per contract agreement for service, but as stipulated in contract that the service must be within the 10 year warranty coverage period ONLY.... Elevation was paid with out problems when system was installed. Again paid without problem for a service call about 1 year ago. Tried to make contact 4/11/2026 due to solar system complete failure. Got a text message "Sorry we missed you". Finally got a phone call today 4/17/2026. Told that before a service call could be scheduled, arrangement for payment must be made. We were sold an 80% offset system and after a few years it has never gotten close to 50% offset, we were told no more winter bills! our winter bills are usually over $100 with the added fees and prices for being a solar customer. (summer bills with the solar system are still 300-400 depending on the month). UPDATE: Solar panels still running strong and working to offset. With the insane SRP price increases for solar and everyone they have paid for themselves early.
