Installation and inspections took from september when we signed the contract with multiple delays due to inspections with little to no contact in between. Stay away, do not give your money to this company. At this point they seem like a scam company and you will regret using them. Once your system is installed they will not help or provide any support/service. They do not honor warranties, they will lie to you about warranties . Their staff are not trained properly and don't know how to do electrical work. Their work is negligent and dangerous. STAY AWAY from this company. Everything they sai or promise before you buy their system was totally a lie. If I could give this company 0 star I would. Terrible customer service. I'm a former Curb energy monitor user and am shocked Elevation has 4.5 stars. Without any notice to customers, they pulled the plug on the Curb energy monitor which I have used for years. They bought out Curb, poorly maintained it, and terminated it without any notice to customers so I had no chance to implement another solution. I'm in the energy management business and Curb was not just a toy or nice-to-have for me.
