Not great when I had issues with a repair
I had a disappointing experience at Mike’s Bikes in Parker. I brought my gravel bike in to have a wheelset swapped, and the work wasn’t done correctly. The cassette was reinstalled improperly, which caused a clunking sound on the first ride—I had to bring it back in to get it fixed. The rear tire was also mounted the wrong direction which considering that the bike was setup tubeless was a real hassle to fix. Great shop- willing to share their extensive knowledge of both mountain and road biking, fair prices. Both sales and service departments are stellar.
We are new to the Parker area and I wanted to give this place a thumbs up especially the service department. Cruz was awesome! I was a walk in customer with a tire problem and he got me in and out of there in 10 minutes. Love this place!
Mike’s Bike has been the goto store for all kind of repairs and they charge reasonable so it’s always a great experience here.
