Where to start? Walked in asking about a bike. Help sitting behind the counter, no meet or greet. I inquired about the bike I was looking for and in between his bites of lunch he informed they dont carry them in the store, they are not a stocking dealer. I asked if was available on the website, couldn't answer me. I guess I was infringing on lunch hour. Good luck, I won't be back. Get off your stools, put down your food and show some respect!

Classic bait and switch. I asked for a $140 helmet. They came back and said it was $190. Apparently, they were out of the $140 helmet. I guess don’t buy a medium?
`The dust has yet to settle, but right now, I'm unhappy with this shop. Five few days ago, my son bought an expensive road bike. He was not happy with it and returned it yesterday. Unfortunately, the shop is being reluctant about his refund, - claiming some minor scratches on the frame. I happened to see that the bike was in pristine condition just before he returned it and it certainly had no scratches visible. The shop seems to be stonewalling for some reason.
