I looked online to make a reservation and there were opening for the next day so I drove down to this location. There looks like a decent supply of parts and new bikes, including electric ones, but I was there for the service department. They don't open until ten, so don't go too early! Kevin he helped me out and was wonderful! He put the bike on the rack and played around with it noting what needed to be done. Not great when I had issues with a repair
I had a disappointing experience at Mike’s Bikes in Parker. I brought my gravel bike in to have a wheelset swapped, and the work wasn’t done correctly. The cassette was reinstalled improperly, which caused a clunking sound on the first ride—I had to bring it back in to get it fixed. The rear tire was also mounted the wrong direction which considering that the bike was setup tubeless was a real hassle to fix.
