The shop just converted my Cannondale road bike to a single speed and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I was on a budget and hated to be the guy pinching pennies but the mechanic worked with me patiently and did a fantastic job. Thanks!
I took a bike in for a tune up today and after a quick glance they told me it was in good shape and just needed a tire change, not a full tune up. They charged me for the tire change instead of the tune up. In a world where easy money is usually priority, it was refreshing to find honesty and customer service. Thank you, Cruz, for the quick fix and for helping me learn the specs on the Litespeed.

I have taken three bikes there for tuneups and they did a great job. They worked on some issues with my bikes and fixed them and did not try to upsell me. Great company!
