I came in for a flat tire, but they initially started working on the wrong tire even though the flat one was obvious. I had to point out the mistake before they corrected it. Afterward, I noticed the tire had been mounted incorrectly and was rubbing against the brake. For anyone familiar with bikes, aligning a tire is a simple fix (it took me one minute with no tools), but it was clear they weren’t capable of doing it properly. Can't say enough positive things about this shop. Gave me a great deal on Cannondale Motera SL,honored the sale price even after it got increased. When I had an issue with motor/battery, they got it warrantied and replaced in 2 weeks. Sam did a great job putting it back together, its quieter now than when I brought it in.
