Didn’t seem like the guy wanted to help, super short, didn’t even show effort to help. Never going back, definitely not a good feeling.
I had an excellent experience with Brian at Mike's Bikes. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure all of my questions were answered. The communication was excellent, and I always knew what was going on with my bike. When I picked it up, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had also cleaned it up—it looked fantastic. Tried to have my breaks looked at, make sure thing is safe as I assembled my bike myself. Unfortunately since I have a e-bike, this store will completely refuse to look at breaks, citing it as a liability. Regardless of it being an identical breaking system of a normal bike, and American Company. Employee was incredibly rude about it. Overall this store has great reviews, but I would not allow any family members to visit a store that comfortable not checking breaks over some bike purism.
