Came in to try and buy a pivot e bike battery was advised only way to get a battery was through warranty. E bikes apparently have a 2 year shelf life. Save yourself and don’t waste your time purchasing an ebike
I went down to my building's garage at the start of summer to find my bike doing its best unicycle (zero-cycle?) impression - both wheels were gone. After the initial "are you kidding me?" moment, I headed to Mike's Bikes downtown. Mike (yes, there's actually a Mike) was great. He gave me the perfect amount of "that sucks" sympathy before casually mentioning they sell "way too many wheels for this situation."
