I love my therapist but unfortunately wish she worked somewhere else :( They charged my account $330+ within two days without any form of communication or warning. After processing my insurance WRONG. When asked for a phone call from the owner to provide me with clarification on the matter I only received a few text messages with vague explanation on the matter. I only made a few appointments here, and then decided it was best for my mental health to find somewhere else. A psychiatrist isn’t supposed to deter you from asking for help. I was going for medication management, and the way they refused to help me was ridiculous. I got taken off of one of my medications with no explanation, and had another one of my medication doses get cut in half…for no reason. It wasn’t even brought to my attention until I realized it. First time counseling user and have no complaints of Elevation. Randy is fantastic and the staff is amazing at communication and quick to response. Seamless simple process and highly recommend for first timers considering counseling!
My theropist is Ms Rhonda Madison. I have been seeing her going on 4 years now, she's a kind and caring woman and person who listening and hears every word you say, she makes you feel that you as a person and individual that your feelings important. Ms Madison understands the hurts and pains you are going threw and finds ways to reassure you as her client/patient that your feelings are validated. I recommend her as your therapists because she cares about you as a person.
Terrible place to deal with. Money has become more important that the safety and well-being of patients who depend on Elevation for their prescriptions. I have been a patient for years and the service and organization in the front office and billing office are completely in the toilet. My provider is great, but the front office constantly screws up my prescription refills and holds my medication hostage without even talking to my prescriber.
