I’ve been going to EAP to strength train for 3 weeks (today starts week 4!). Not only is EAP a super functional and accessible gym, the owners are clearly passionate about this community! Coach Jones has checked in and modified my program as I’ve given him feedback, all in an effort to decrease my pain and increase my enjoyment. Your success really is their goal!

When we signed up for EAP, I fully expected a “commercial gym” experience. I wasn’t looking forward to that experience, but I knew we had to do something, and we decided to try EAP. To say that the “gym culture” that Nathan has nurtured at EAP is amazing, is an understatement! I don’t know a word that expresses my happiness with our time spent at EAP. Becoming a member has been a life changing experience for my wife and myself. We have both made significant gains in strength and range of motion. Every weekday we look forward to starting our day at the gym. Coach Nathan makes you feel like family and encourages us to do our best and also recognizes our potential. We love EAP!!
Nathan has created a supportive and fun atmosphere to work out in. His knowledge on mobility has done wonders for me in a short time and I’m looking forward to gaining strength as time goes on. Highly recommended.
