I forgot her name, the owner I believe was really nice! The laser worked on my armpits but not much in the bikini area… so I ended up buying my own laser at home. Might be my own fault to expect all the hair to be gone. Just note doing this laser does NOT remove all the hair. Took some stars off because she was training a new girl, and she burnt my armpit.
